The basic objective of the placement cell is to mould the students to meet the corporate expectation and place them in reputed industries based on expected job profiles of each student. Placement cell facilitates the process of placement and ensures that each eligible student gets an opportunity in industry. The placement cell builds, promotes and enhances the presence of Svnceans in Indian industry and maintains association with prospective technology campus recruiters. Placement cell organizes on campus and off campus placement and pre placement training programmes through aptitude tests, group discussions, presentation skills and interviews. Mock interviews and group discussions are conducted on a regular basis so as to equip students to face the challenges of the placement scenario. Faculty members nominated from each department act as placement coordinators and selected students facilitate the activities of the placement cell.
